Introduction to Tai Chi with Brad Wyatt

Come and join us for an introduction to the practice of Tai Chi! In this energizing workshop Brad Wyatt will teach you some simple healing techniques using smooth, slow natural movements. In a patient and supportive way Brad will lead you through ‘forms’ you can use to energize yourself, de-stress, reduce pain or promote healing. Tai chi training develops skills that can be applied to everything you do. By improving physical ability you can learn how to deeply relax - getting rid of tension caused by stress and anxiety. Also, by smoothing out and directing your energy you can speed healing. In short, Tai Chi teaches the body how to feel better.
